Message from the Town Mayor

I am immensely proud and delighted to have been elected Town Mayor of North Walsham for the second time.   I trust I will be able to build on the experience I had in my previous term and promote North Walsham as a fine town, a good place to live and bring up families and work.

Jobs may not be so plentiful in this difficult economic climate but we can only be optimistic and look to a brighter future.

The Town Council has very limited powers but we are a Quality Status Council which enables us to take on more responsibilities for the benefit of the town and this we will do.  I, and I am sure I speak for my fellow councillors, are keen to do our utmost to see North Walsham thrive.

I look forward  to working with the Town Council for the town in the forthcoming year.
